WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE SYMPTOMS OR HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19?
Please contact us right away. Your visit may be changed to telemedicine, or rescheduled and the cancellation fee waived (upon approval from the clinic).
WHEN CAN I COME BACK TO THE CLINIC?
Following BCCDC guidelines, if you have symptoms or a positive test, you must isolate for 5 days if you have been vaccinated or at least 10 days if you have not been vaccinated.
You may reschedule your visit according to those guidelines provided your symptoms are improving and you no longer have a fever.
ONGOING COVID-19 OFFICE PROTOCOLS AND MASKS
We are taking strict measures to ensure our collective safety through hygiene protocols as well as ensuring social distancing within the clinic.
Per BCCDC guidelines, all healthcare facilities are asked to continue mask-wearing. For the safety of our staff, patients, and clients, we ask that you wear a medical-grade or N95 when you visit our office and during your appointments. If you don’t have an N95 or medical mask, one will be provided.
If you have a medical exemption and cannot wear a mask, please let us know IN ADVANCE of your visit so your care provider can prepare to take precautions needed. If your visit can be conducted by Telehealth, we will schedule it as such.
